Topps Finest Baseball delivers unique designs and a tiered 300-card base set, broken down into common, uncommon, and rare cards. Each tier has the same 16 parallels; however, parallels have shorter print runs and more difficult pack odds for the uncommon and rare tiers. For instance, a Common Blue Refractors has a print run of 200 whereas the Rare Blue Refractor has a print run of 99.
